My initial step on the road to achieving your goals is to start with an interview. Discussing philosophies and insuring that realistic personal goals are set is the key to success. Once your goals have been established your next step is assessing your strengths and weaknesses my physical evaluation will test your overall relative body strength, cardiovascular and flexibility.

My days are spent researching the best techniques and methods to transform your weakness into your strengths. My priorities are insuring that you reach your goals in the safest and most efficient manner possible. I will carefully design a training program based on personality, intensity, and specific goals to ensure maximum results with optimal comfort.
